I was cleaning my fan the other day noticed the directional indicators for tightening nut on my fan. Given that the nuts on fans typically screw on in the reverse direction, this indicator was a pleasant surprise that removed ambiguity and guess work. Also increased my confidence in assembling back the fan after cleaning.

Another design feature I love: Unlike my other fan from Muji (pictured below), I don’t need any additional tools to assemble this back together. Notice that the Muji fan doesn’t have the user friendly indicators found on the fan above either. Simple things like these to me make all the difference in something that’s pleasurable to use and something that’s frustrating.
